Peel Banana (5) and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
In a large pan caramelize the Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup).
When caramelized to a golden brown, add Water (1/2 cup) carefully as this will splatter. Simmer while stirring until the lumps have dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cut bananas, stir until coated, and remove them from the heat.
Spread the Tortilla (2) generously with Nutella® (to taste).
Add caramelized bananas, fold and dredge in Granulated Sugar (to taste).
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) until caramelized.
Drizzle with Strawberry Preserves (to taste) and serve.
