and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
In a large pan caramelize the
Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
When caramelized to a golden brown, add
Water (1/2 cup)
carefully as this will splatter. Simmer while stirring until the lumps have dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cut bananas, stir until coated, and remove them from the heat.
Nutella® (to taste)
Add caramelized bananas, fold and dredge in
Granulated Sugar (to taste)
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) until caramelized.
