Cooking Instructions
1.
Mince the Garlic (1 clove) and Scallions (1 bunch).

Chop the Red Bell Peppers (2).
3.
Dice the Chicken Breasts (12 oz).
4.
Marinate the chicken in Corn Starch (as needed), Chili Bean Sauce (2 Tbsp) and Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp) for 15 minutes.
5.
Heat Peanut Oil (2 Tbsp) in a wok on high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry for a few seconds, then add the chicken and sauce. Stir fry until the chicken turns white.
6.
Add the red bell pepper and stir fry until soft.
7.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
