Put the Digestive Biscuit (12) on a wire rack with a piece of wax paper placed underneath it.
Melt Dark Chocolate (250 gram) in a double-boiler over a low heat until completely smooth.
Dip the rim of each of the Waffle Cones (12) in the melted dark chocolate, making sure to evenly coat.
Working quickly, fill the cone with Candy Corn (2 cup) and seal with a biscuit. Place the hats back on the wire rack.
Coat each of the cones with melted dark chocolate.
Leave to harden for 1 hour.
Melt the Green Candy Melts (1/2 cup) according to product instructions, and place in a disposable piping bag. Snip the end off with a pair of scissors and carefully pipe a band around the hat.
Place the Yellow Frosting (1/2 cup) in another disposable piping bag, snipping the end off with pair of scissors. Carefully pipe a buckle on the band.
Leave the hats to set completely, about 1 hour.
