The special occasion of the year will once again come by. Chinese New Year to me, is so enjoyable not just about the people. The food is what I also really love. I will be sharing with you a super easy and fuss-free recipe. Honey Cornflakes, the name says it all.
or Chocolate chips, dried nuts
Preheat oven to 150 degrees C (300 degrees F).
Melt together Honey (1/4 cup) and Salted Butter (1/3 cup) on low in a saucepan until bubbling.
Once mixture is bubbling, throw in Corn Flakes (3 oz) and mix well. Add Dried Cranberries (1/3 cup), if desired.
Transfer mixture to mini cupcake tin prepared with liners. Bake for six minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
