The special occasion of the year will once again come by. Chinese New Year to me, is so enjoyable not just about the people. The food is what I also really love. I will be sharing with you a super easy and fuss-free recipe. Honey Cornflakes, the name says it all.

Corn Flakes

cup
Honey
•
1/3
cup
Salted Butter
•
1/3
cup
Dried Cranberries
or Chocolate chips, dried nuts
(optional)
Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 150 degrees C (300 degrees F).
2.
Melt together Honey (3 oz) and Salted Butter (1/3 cup) on low in a saucepan until bubbling.
3.
Once mixture is bubbling, throw in Corn Flakes (3 oz) and mix well. Add Dried Cranberries (2 oz), if desired.
4.
Transfer mixture to mini cupcake tin prepared with liners. Bake for six minutes.
5.
Serve and enjoy!
