Classic Pecan Nut Pie

This classic pecan nut pie recipe couldn't be more simple, and it tastes absolutely incredible. Great served warm or cold, with ice cream or cream.

Pecans

Corn Syrup
•
1/2 cup
Dark Brown Sugar
•
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
•
4 Tbsp
Butter , melted

1/2 tsp
Salt
•
1/2 tsp
Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground

Pie Crust

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Roughly chop Pecans (1 3/4 cups) .
2. 
Spread chopped nuts on the bottom of the Pie Crust (1) .
3. 
In a bowl, whisk together Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3) , Corn Syrup (1 cup) , Dark Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Butter (4 Tbsp) and Salt (1/2 tsp) .
4. 
Add Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp) and whisk well until everything is combined.
5. 
Pour mixture carefully over nuts.
6. 
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the pie tin.
7. 
Serve and enjoy!
