Lightly brush Olive Oil (as needed) on both sides of the French Bread (4 slices), place on the cooking tray, and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

Cook Breakfast Sausage Patties (4) according to package directions then set aside.

Crack Eggs (2) in a small bowl, then add Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Milk (2 Tbsp). Lightly beat the eggs until blended.

Spray a skillet with Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed). Pour the egg mixture in the heated pan. As the edges and bottom of the eggs get firm, push the edges towards the middle Continue to push and flip the firm parts of the eggs until no liquid parts remain. Place cooked eggs in a bowl.
