Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Lightly brush Olive Oil (to taste) on both sides of the French Bread (4 slice) and place on cooking tray and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
Cook Johnsonville® Original Recipe Breakfast Sausage Patties (4) according to package directions then set aside.
Crack Egg (2) in a small bowl, then add Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Milk (1/8 cup). Lightly beat the eggs until blended.
Spray a skillet with Olive Oil Cooking Spray (to taste). Pour the egg mixture in the heated pan. As the edges and bottom of the eggs get firm, push the edges towards the middle Continue to push and flip the firm parts of the eggs until no liquid parts remain. Place cooked eggs in a bowl.
Place the sausage on the toasted bread then spoon eggs on top.
Feel free to add other fun foods to put on top of the stack like strawberries, tomatoes, or sliced avocados. Enjoy!
