Cooking Instructions
1.
Put the Pork Tenderloin (1.3 lb) into a container.
2.
Zest the Oranges (4) and add the zest to the container.
3.
Juice the oranges and add the juice to the container.
4.
Season with Fresh Sage (1 tsp), Italian Seasoning (1 tsp), and Seasoned Salt (1 tsp). Then add the Marsala Wine (1 cup). Cover and let it marinate for at least 24 hours inside your fridge.

After 24 hours, place the meat and marinade into a saucepan and cook on low for about 40 minutes covered with a lid.
6.
Next, grease a baking pan with Butter (1 Tbsp) and add the pork tenderloin with its cooking juice and bake for about 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
7.
Remove the pork tenderloin from the oven and let it cool.
8.
Collect the cooking sauce in a bowl, then slice the meat.
9.
Serve the meat with the cooking sauce and your favorite side!
