Pour the Olive Oil (4 tablespoon) in a large pan and add the large Garlic (1 clove) and Red Chili Pepper (1 teaspoon). Place the pan over medium heat and gently fry the garlic and chili for 3 minutes.
Pour in the Whole Peeled Tomatoes (1 can), mash them up a little, and cook them in the hot oil for 7 minutes.
Add Tuna (1 can) together with the Capers (2 tablespoon).
Stir the sauce well and break up the biggest tuna lumps. Cook for another 2 minutes. Check the seasoning and add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) if necessary. Stir in the Fresh Parsley (1 handful). Add the Pasta (10.5 ounce) and stir.
Scoop the pasta and tuna sauce onto deep plates. Sprinkle with extra fresh parsley serve.
