Step 1
Pour off juice from
Salmon (1 can)
and remove skin and bones.
Step 2
Flake the salmon and mix with the
Eggs (4)

Sour Cream (1 cup)

Corn Flakes (1 cup)
,
Scallions (2 Tbsp)

Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 3
Coat a pan with
Butter (2 Tbsp)
and
Oil (as needed)
so it coats the pan, not for deep frying, but enough to have them cook crispy.
Step 4
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the salmon mixture into the pan to make the patties. Flip when brown on one side.
Step 5
When they’re crispy on the edges, serve and enjoy with sides of your choice.
