Flake the salmon and mix with the Eggs (4), Sour Cream (1 cup), Corn Flakes (1 cup), Scallions (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Coat a pan with Butter (2 Tbsp) and Oil (as needed) so it coats the pan, not for deep frying, but enough to have them cook crispy.
