Pour off juice from Salmon (1 can) and remove skin and bones.
Flake the salmon and mix with the Egg (4), Salt and Pepper (to taste), Sour Cream (1 cup), Corn Flakes (1 cup), and Scallion (2 tablespoon).
Coat a pan with Butter (2 tablespoon) and Oil (as needed) so it coats the pan, not for deep frying, but enough to have them cook crispy.
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the salmon mixture into the pan to make the patties. Flip when brown on one side.
When they’re crispy on the edges, serve and enjoy with sides of your choice.
