Step 1
Wash the
Apples (6)

Cut up the apple, any size of choice, and discard the cores and seeds.
Step 3
Place the sliced apples into the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water.
Step 4
Add the
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)

Step 5
Close the lid and set the valve to “sealing”.
Step 6
Pressure Cook or Manual for 4 minutes.
Step 7
Do a Quick Release.
Step 8
Drain the excess liquid and save it for another recipe.
Step 9
Transfer the apples to a food processor, blender, or use an emulsion blender and blend until it’s the texture you like.
