Toast or grill the Italian Bread (2 slices).

Gently smash the Garlic (1 clove), cut in half, and rub each slice of bread with garlic.

Cut the Tomato (1) in half (or cut off one-third of it). Squeeze the tomato over each slice of bread, making them nice and juicy. Drizzle each slice with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed) and sprinkle with Salt (to taste).

Top with Iberico Ham (to taste). Lay each piece down one at a time, allowing the meat to sort of form ripples so air pockets form between the layers. Top with a few slices of Cheese (to taste).
