Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Toast or grill the Italian Bread (2 slice).
Step 2
Gently smash the Garlic (1 clove), cut in half, and rub each slice of bread with garlic.
Step 3
Cut the Tomato (1) in half (or cut off one-third of it). Squeeze the tomato over each slice of bread, making them nice and juicy. Drizzle each slice with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste) and sprinkle with Salt (to taste).
Step 4
Top with Iberico Ham (to taste). Lay each piece down one at a time, allowing the meat to sort of form ripples so air pockets form between the layers. Top with a few slices of Cheese (to taste).
Step 5
Close the sandwich and eat!
