Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Put the Ground Chuck (1 lb) in a pot and brown the meat.
Step 2
Drain the meat to get the oil out. Return the meat to the pot and add the Salsa (3 1/3 cups) . Stir to combine.
Step 3
Add the Water (1 cup) and Chili Seasoning (3 Tbsp) . Simmer and stir for about 15 minutes, until the meat is nearly fully cooked.
Step 4
Drain the Canned Red Kidney Beans (2 1/3 cups) and add them to the pot. Simmer the chili for 10 more minutes without the lid on.
Step 5
Serve chili in bowls. Top with Cheddar Cheese (to taste) and Sour Cream (to taste) . Enjoy!
