Core and dice the Apple (1), then put the apple, Carrot (1), Orange Juice (1 cup), Fresh Ginger (1/2 tsp), and Honey (1 tsp) into your blender.

Then it’s just a matter of hitting the ‘smoothie’ settings (if your blender has that option) or blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
