Frozen Pineapple Concentrate (1/4 cup)
Agave Syrup (1 tsp)
Water (1 Tbsp)
, in blender until smooth.
Pour on dehydrator tray until all even. If you are using an oven, you will need to use a baking sheet with plastic on it.
For the dehydrator recipe, simply cover and turn on 135F for 5 to 7 hours.
Once you get the consistency you like for fruit roll ups, turn off the dehydrator. Make sure they aren't sticky in the middle first.
Let the fruit batter cool. Peel off the fruit and place on parchment paper. Cut into strips with a pizza cutter. Next you will take wax paper or parchment paper and place it along the strips.
Roll it up and use a string to hold together or simply just press the ends to the parchment paper. Store in air tight container. Enjoy!
