Prepare the Spicy Mango Mayo. Add the Vegan Mayo (1 cup), Mango (6), Dijon Mustard (2 tablespoon), Cajun Seasoning (2 teaspoon), Jalapeño Pepper (1), and Soy Sauce (1/2 tablespoon) into a blender and blend until smooth.
Place the sauce in a bowl and chill until serving.
Prepare the Vegan Hot Dog (8) either on a grill or a grill pan in high heat for about 3-5 minutes per side.
Combine the Lime (1) Juice, Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), and Salt (to taste).
Brush the mix on the Avocado (2) and grill for 3-5 minutes on either side.
Place in the Hot Dog Buns (8) the veggie dog and grilled avocado. Top with mayo, and top with Red Onion (to taste), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), and a slice of Lime (to taste).
