Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Thinly slice Beets (4) approximately 1/16 inches, getting them as consistently thin as possible.
Step 3
Add sliced beets to medium bowl, spray with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (as needed) , and toss to coat. Spray the baking sheet with another light layer of coconut oil cooking spray, then arrange in a single layer.
Step 4
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy and slightly brown.
Step 5
Let cool, and sprinkle with Sea Salt (to taste) .
