Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Thinly slice Beets (4) approximately 1/16 inches, getting them as consistently thin as possible.
3.
Add sliced beets to medium bowl, spray with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (as needed), and toss to coat. Spray the baking sheet with another light layer of coconut oil cooking spray, then arrange in a single layer.
4.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy and slightly brown.
5.
Let cool, and sprinkle with Sea Salt (to taste).
