Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Measure out all your ingredients.

Add
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups)

Purely Pinole® Tart Cherry and Lemon Power Breakfast (1 cup)

Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
, and
Dark Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
in your food processor and pulse until just combined.
Step 3
Add
Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)
,
Cherry Jam (1/3 cup)
,
Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
, and
Egg (1)
. Pulse until just combined.
Step 4
Roll tablespoon-size balls of mixture with your hands and place on a lined baking tray.
Step 5
Press down gently on the dough balls to flatten slightly.
Step 6
Bake for between 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly golden and cracked. Transfer to a wire cooling rack. Serve and enjoy!
