Add all ingredients: Banana (2), Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (1 1/2 cup), Hemp Seeds (2 tablespoon), Ground Turmeric (1/2 teaspoon), Fresh Ginger (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), Honey (1 1/2 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), and Ice (to taste).
Step 2
Into a Nutribullet or blender and blend for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Top with additional hemp seeds and turmeric if desired.
