Preheat your oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a bowl add the
Brown Sugar (3/4 cup)
Beer (1/4 cup)
. Using a whisk, combine until the sugar is dissolved the mixture starts to thicken up.
On a foil-lined baking tray place a cooling rack on top. Lay out your
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (5 slices)
across the rack and place it into your preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Take your bacon out of the oven and with a brush, coat with the beer glaze on both sides. Place back into the oven and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until done to your liking. Repeat this 2-3 more times, 10 minutes at a time.
Remove the bacon and leave on the rack to cool for about 1 hour, then it's ready to eat!
