Preheat your oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a bowl add the Brown Sugar (3/4 cup) and Beer (1/4 cup). Using a whisk, combine until the sugar is dissolved the mixture starts to thicken up.
On a foil-lined baking tray place a cooling rack on top. Lay out your Bacon (5 slice) across the rack and place it into your preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Take your bacon out of the oven and with a brush, coat with the beer glaze on both sides. Place back into the oven and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until done to your liking. Repeat this 2-3 more times, 10 minutes at a time.
Remove the bacon and leave on the rack to cool for about 1 hour, then it's ready to eat!
