Step 1
Make sure to fill up the water into your oven. Preheating is not needed.
Step 2
Place the Fish Fillet (1) on an ovenproof dish. Drizzle Sesame Oil (1 tsp) over the fish, then season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Place Fresh Ginger (1/2 in) over the fish.
Step 4
Place the dish on the wire rack in the oven.
Step 5
Now just say "Alexa, tell cooking challenge to start oven'. The ideal program for your recipe will be selected. The added steam keeps the taste of the fish perfectly and guarantees that the fish will not fall apart during preparation. The oven will signal completion.
Step 6
While waiting for the fish to cook, prepare the sauce by combining Water (1 Tbsp) , Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Shaoxing Cooking Wine (1 tsp) , Sesame Oil (1 tsp) , Granulated Sugar (1/2 tsp) , and Ground White Pepper (1 dash) .
Step 7
As soon as the fish is done, take it out of the oven and pour the sauce all over the fish. Please be cautious while opening the door, as hot steam may escape.
Step 8
Garnish with Fresh Cilantro Leaves (1/4 cup) , Scallions (1 stalk) , and Red Chili Peppers (to taste) . Serve immediately.
