Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a medium size bowl, mix together the
All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Raw Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups)
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
Stir together to mix the dry ingredients.
Unsalted Butter (2 sticks)
into cubes and mix into the dry ingredients with your fingers or a pastry blender under well incorporated.
Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan. Spread an entire jar of
Just Jan’s® Fruit Spread (1 jar)
evenly on top of the crust. Sprinkle the other half of the oat mixture on top of the fruit spread.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 30-40 minutes.
Cool completely in the pan. Cut into squares.
