Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a medium size bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , Raw Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups) , and Brown Sugar (1 cup) Stir together to mix the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Cut the Unsalted Butter (2 sticks) into cubes and mix into the dry ingredients with your fingers or a pastry blender under well incorporated.
Step 4
Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan. Spread an entire jar of Just Jan’s® Fruit Spread (1 jar) evenly on top of the crust. Sprinkle the other half of the oat mixture on top of the fruit spread.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6
Cool completely in the pan. Cut into squares.
