Homemade Snap Pea Chips
This homemade snap pea chips recipe is the result of what I like to call “WASTE NOT” mode. As well as SAVE ON MONEY when you have snap pea chip addiction mode. Easy and healthy. After you get your snap pea chips seasoned to your liking, you can serve them as an appetizer or snack.
3 cup Snap Peas
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
3 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
2 teaspoon Oil
Lay your Snap Peas on a paper towel or parchment paper. Blot off any extra water.
Lightly drizzle with Oil then season with Sea Salt, Onion Powder, and Nutritional Yeast. Toss to coat the snap peas then place flat on baking sheet.
Preheat oven to to 350 degree F or 175 degrees C. Bake for 15 minutes and flip them over after 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
