Clean the Pig's Trotter (1) and slice Fresh Ginger (3 slice).
Add the cleaned pig foot, Water (to taste), ginger slices, and Cooking Wine (5 milliliter) into a pot, after the water boils, take the pig foot out.
Put the prepared pig foot into a pot, add Beer (250 milliliter).
Add enough water to cover the pig foot.
Add the Crystal Sugar (30 gram).
Add Light Soy Sauce (30 gram) and Dark Soy Sauce (2 1/2 teaspoon).
Cover the pot and stew at a medium heat for an hour.
Take out the braised pork foot and put on a plate. Serve and enjoy!
