Lightly flour a surface and knead dough for a minute to bring dough together. Divide into 8 pieces.

Working quickly, roll out each piece of dough as thinly as you can with a rolling pin.

Lightly brush each piece with Water (to taste) and sprinkle with Kosher Salt (to taste).
