Kemps Half & Half
or Evaporated Milk or Whole Milk

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Cooking Instructions
1.
Bring Water (1 2/3 cups) to a soft boil then add the Pantai Thai Tea Mix (2/3 cup). Stir well, then turn off heat.
2.
Add Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup). Let steep for 30 minutes.
3.
Run the tea through a strainer into another pot or container. Let it cool completely.
4.
When ready to serve, fill a tall glass with Ice (to taste), then fill to about 2/3 of the cup with the tea.
5.
Top with Kemps Half & Half (to taste) plus Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 Tbsp) for extra sweetness.
