Step 1
Bring Water (1 2/3 cups) to a soft boil then add the Pantai Thai Tea Mix (2/3 cup) . Stir well, then turn off heat.
Step 2
Add Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) . Let steep for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Run the tea through a strainer into another pot or container. Let it cool completely.
Step 4
When ready to serve, fill a tall glass with Ice (to taste) , then fill to about 2/3 of the cup with the tea.
Step 5
Top with Half and Half (to taste) plus Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 Tbsp) for extra sweetness.
