Step 1
For the simple syrup, add the
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
and
Water (2 cups)
to a small sauce pan and heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Make a 2-inch lemon peel from the
Lemon (1)
.
Step 3
Add the Lemon Peel,
Fresh Ginger (1 in)
and
Dried Lavender Bulbs (2 Tbsp)
. Infuse for one hour or overnight in the fridge. Strain, discarding the solids.
Step 4
Add the
Moscato Wine (1 bottle)
to a 3-quart pitcher. Pour in 2 cups of the
Guava Juice (3 cups)
and a half cup of the simple syrup. Stir and taste. Add in more guava juice and simple syrup as desired. Shake before serving.
Step 5
Pour over a glass filled with
Ice (to taste)
. Top with a splash of
Soda Water (1 bottle)
. Garnish with
Fresh Thyme (to taste)

Blood Oranges (to taste)
,
Fresh Mint (to taste)
,
Fresh Lavender (to taste)
, and/or
Crystallized Ginger (to taste)
