Turn on your grill and turn it up to high heat.
Put the Peach (4) flesh-side down on the grill and close the lid for 5 minutes. They should have grill marks and be nice & tender.
Flip them over and cook with the lid closed for another 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Heat a small sauté pan to medium low heat and add the chopped pecans. Flip them around as they roast for a few minutes. You just want them to warm up and release their oils and not necessarily color. Remove and set aside.
Fill your bowl with grilled peaches, a couple scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream (1 pint), a drizzle of Honey (4 tablespoon) and some Pecans (1/4 cup).
