To the bowl of a food processor or Vitamix blender, add Fresh Basil Leaf (4 cup), toasted Walnut (1/2 cup), Garlic (3 clove), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 teaspoon), Parmigiano-Reggiano (1/2 cup), Lemon (1).
Pulse a few times to break down the basil.
In a steady stream add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup), pulsing until olive oil is blended into other ingredients and mixture forms a loose paste.
Season with Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon) and Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon). Enjoy!
