Step 1
In a small pot, combine the Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Water (1 cup) . Bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat, and stir in the Rhubarb (4 stalks) . Allow to cool down to room temperature.
Step 2
Transfer to a small bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a large pitcher, combine Orange Juice (1 cup) , Fresh Strawberries (4 cups) , rhubarb syrup, Ginger Ale (4 cups) , White Wine (3 cups) , and ice.
Step 4
To serve, pour into iced glasses and garnish with Limes (to taste) and Fresh Mint (to taste) .
