In a small pot, combine the Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Water (1 cup). Bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat, and stir in the Rhubarb (4 stalk). Allow to cool down to room temperature.
Transfer to a small bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
In a large pitcher, combine Orange Juice (1 cup), Fresh Strawberry (2 pint), rhubarb syrup, Ginger Ale (4 cup), White Wine (750 milliliter), and ice.
To serve, pour into iced glasses and garnish with Lime (to taste) and Fresh Mint (to taste).
