Step 1
In a food processor, process Almonds (1 cup) and Cashew Nuts (1 cup) until coarse then add Dates (1 cup) , Dried Cranberries (1 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Lemon (1) and Salt (1/4 tsp) and blitz until blended.
Step 2
Roll into bite-sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Enjoy!
