Step 1
Heat up the Canola Oil (3 tablespoon) in a cast iron or skillet and add the Whole Shishito Pepper (6 ounce) tossing and turning until charred, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add Lemon (1), Garlic Powder (to taste), and Salt (to taste).
Step 3
Serve and enjoy!
