Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Drain and rinse the soaked
Dried Chickpeas (1 cup)

Chickpea Flour (2 Tbsp)

Baking Powder (1 tsp)

Chili Powder (1/2 tsp)

Salt (to taste)
in a high-speed blender or food processor. Pulse until a crumbly dough forms.
Step 4
Scoop out 1 tablespoon at a time and form it into balls.
Step 5
Bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges of the falafels are slightly golden.
Step 6
Serve it with some pita, salad greens, or alone as a snack - whatever you like!
