Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Drain and rinse the soaked Dried Chickpeas (1 cup).
Place soaked Chickpeas, Scallion (1 stalk), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup), Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup), Garlic (3 clove), Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Chickpea Flour (2 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon), Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (to taste) in a high-speed blender or food processor. Pulse until a crumbly dough forms.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon at a time and form it into balls.
Bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges of the falafels are slightly golden.
Serve it with some pita, salad greens, or alone as a snack - whatever you like!
