Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Pat dry the
Red Snapper Fillets (4)
Rub the side with the skin with
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
and season with
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp)
Flip them over and do the same on the other side. Then sprinkle the top with
Breadcrumbs (2 Tbsp)
and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve immediately with some
Lemons (to taste)
