2 Tbsp
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp
Fresh Parsley
•
to taste
Salt
•

Ground Black Pepper
•
2 Tbsp
Breadcrumbs
•
to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2. 
Pat dry the Red Snapper Fillets (4) .
3. 
Rub the side with the skin with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp) .
4. 
Flip them over and do the same on the other side. Then sprinkle the top with Breadcrumbs (2 Tbsp) and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
5. 
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
6. 
Serve immediately with some Lemons (to taste) slice.
