Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

In a small bowl, mix your Instant Dry Yeast (1 Tbsp) with the Water (1/2 cup). Add the mixture to the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) with some Olive Oil (1 1/3 Tbsp) and mix the dough well.

Flatten your dough into a circular shape, then sprinkle some Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) on top. Cut your Tomatoes (4) into pieces, and put them on top of the dough as well.

Put your Mozzarella Cheese (1 2/3 cups) and Parmigiano-Reggiano (4 Tbsp) on the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown, and you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
