In a medium mixing bowl add Just Jan’s® Kadota Fig Spread (1 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (2 tsp), Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp), White Wine Vinegar (1/4 tsp), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Whisk until well blended then add the Olive Oil (1/3 cup) in a stream, continuing to whisk until the oil is incorporated.
