Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Whisk until well blended then add the
Olive Oil (1/3 cup)
in a stream, continuing to whisk until the oil is incorporated.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine the
Arugula (to taste)

Dried Persimmons (to taste)
,
Roasted Pecans (to taste)
, and
Dried Cranberries (to taste)
. Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy.
