In a medium mixing bowl add Just Jan’s® Kadota Fig Spread (1 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (2 tsp), Kosher Salt (as needed), White Wine Vinegar (as needed), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Whisk until well blended then add the Olive Oil (1/3 cup) in a stream, continuing to whisk until the oil is incorporated.
