Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Layer Tortilla Chips (1 bag) in a cast-iron skillet.
Step 3
Sprinkle Shredded Cheese (1 cup) on top of the tortilla chips, top with Shredded Chicken (1 cup) then Sweet BBQ Sauce (1/4 cup) .
Step 4
Repeat with one more layer.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until all the cheese is melted.
Step 6
Top with Red Onion (1) , Avocado (1) , Olives (1/4 cup) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) , and Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp) .
