For the vegan version 1 flax egg= 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal + 2 tablespoons water, mix and let sit for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Coconut Butter (3/4 cup), Natural Almond Butter (4 Tbsp), Coconut Sugar (1 cup), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Pure Vanilla Extract (as needed), and Egg (1).

Mix until everything is incorporated & a large ball of dough begins to form. Fold in the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup).

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the dough by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
