Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat a pot with Sake (2 oz) to the lowest temperature, add Sake Kasu (9 oz), and leave it for 20-30 minutes. Make sure you sometimes come back to the kitchen and mix it with a spatula.
2.
Sprinkle Raisins (1/3 cup) in a container with a lid, and mix it well.
3.
Put it in the fridge and wait for a week.
4.
Serve and enjoy!

Serves 1-3 people.
Sakekasu is a great resource of enzymes, but they are very fragile. If you use too high a heat, the enzymes will all die. Try heating below 60 degrees, so you are don't waste the goodness.
