Step 1
If making the “adult” version of the wrap, make the balsamic dressing by adding the
Light Olive Oil (1/2 cup)

Balsamic Vinegar (1/4 cup)
,
Garlic (1 clove)
,
Honey (1 tsp)
,
Whole Grain Mustard (1 tsp)
,
Sea Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
to a small bowl and whisking to combine.
Step 2
On a plate or clean surface, lay out one
Spinach Tortilla Wraps (2)
.
Step 3
Place a handful of
Spinach Leaves (1 handful)
on the wrap.
Step 4
Place two pieces of
Cheddar Cheese (4 slices)
on the wrap.
Step 5
Roll up four pieces of
Deli Turkey (8 slices)
and place them on the wrap.
Step 6
If making for adults, drizzle with around 1 tablespoon of dressing, or to taste.
Step 7
For the “kids version,” you may omit the spinach and dressing.
Step 8
Wrap everything together and cut in half. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Step 9
Add
Apples (to taste)
,
Rice Crisps (to taste)
, and
Baby Carrots (to taste)
to a lunch container along with the wrap halves. Enjoy!
