Step 1
Combine
Water (2 cups)

Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
, juice of the
Lemons (2)
,
Salt (2 pinches)
,
Chaat Masala (1/2 tsp)
, and
Fresh Mint Leaves (3)
in a pitcher and sir still sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Strain the lemondade into a separate pitcher and let it rest for a while.
Step 3
Take serving glass and add
Ice (1 handful)
. Pour in the shikanji in the glass and add some
Fresh Mint Leaves (3)
on top.
Step 4
Slice 4 wedges out of the
Lemon (1)
and serve with the lemonade. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
