Combine Water (500 milliliter), Granulated Sugar (6 tablespoon), juice of the Lemon (2), Salt (2 pinch), Chaat Masala (1/2 teaspoon), and Fresh Mint Leaves (3) in a pitcher and sir still sugar dissolves.
Strain the lemondade into a separate pitcher and let it rest for a while.
Take serving glass and add Ice (1 handful). Pour in the shikanji in the glass and add some Fresh Mint Leaves (3) on top.
Slice 4 wedges out of the Lemon (1) and serve with the lemonade. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
