Slice the Italian Bread (2) in half.
Chop and shred the Iceberg Lettuce (1 head).
Slice the Tomato (1). Slice the Red Onion (1) thinly.
Layer the sub starting with the Provolone Cheese (4 ounce) and then adding the Ham (4 ounce), Genoa Salami (4 ounce), Capocollo (4 ounce), Prosciutto (4 ounce) and Pepperoni Slice (4 ounce). Spread all the meats and cheeses evenly across the sub base.
Top the meats with slices of onion, then lettuce and tomato
Pour or shake the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) and Red Wine Vinegar (1 tablespoon) on top of the condiments.
Dress the sub with pinches of Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon) and Kosher Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Top the sub with the remaining slice of roll. Cut in half and enjoy!
