Slice the Italian Bread (2) in half.
Step 2
Chop and shred the Iceberg Lettuce (1 head) .
Step 3
Slice the Tomato (1) . Slice the Red Onion (1) thinly.
Step 4
Layer the sub starting with the Provolone Cheese (1 cup) and then adding the Ham (4 oz) , Genoa Salami (4 oz) , Capocollo (4 oz) , Prosciutto (4 oz) and Pepperoni Slices (3/4 cup) . Spread all the meats and cheeses evenly across the sub base.
Step 5
Top the meats with slices of onion, then lettuce and tomato
Step 6
Pour or shake the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and Red Wine Vinegar (1 Tbsp) on top of the condiments.
Step 7
Dress the sub with pinches of Dried Oregano (1 tsp) and Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp) .
Step 8
Top the sub with the remaining slice of roll. Cut in half and enjoy!
