Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large pot over low heat, melt together the
Honey (1 cup)
Creamy Peanut Butter (3/4 cup)
Butterscotch Chips (3/4 cup)
until melted smooth, about 5 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from the heat. Add the
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
and stir. Mix in the
Corn Chex® Cereal (5 cups)
Salted Pretzels (1 1/2 cups)
Peanuts (1/2 cup)
. Spread the mix out into the prepared baking dish.
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (2 cups)
and 1 tablespoon
Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp)
together in the microwave in 30-second increments until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the bars, spreading in an even layer.
Milk Chocolate (1 cup)
and 1 teaspoon coconut oil together in the microwave in 30-second increments until melted. Drizzle the milk chocolate over the bars.
Transfer the bars to the fridge and chill 1 hour, until set. Top with
Sea Salt (to taste)
, if desired.
Let the bars sit at room temp 15-20 minutes before cutting, then cut into bars.
