Mix the All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups) and Salt (1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Create a well in the middle, add Eggs (2) , and blend with a fork.
Step 3
Mix together until combined. Add a small amount of Milk (2 Tbsp) if the mixture is dry.
Step 4
Knead until dough is smooth.
Step 5
Roll out dough on a floured surface, until approximately ⅛-inch thick.
Step 6
Slice into ¼ to ½-inch wide strips.
Step 7
Drop into boiling broth or soup, and cook for 4-6 minutes.
