Bake Sweet Potatoes (3 lb) for one hour or more until soft and tender. Once cool remove skins.

Add potatoes to food processor with Dark Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp), Bourbon (2 Tbsp), Salt (as needed), Fresh Ginger (as needed), Ground Allspice (as needed), Ground Nutmeg (as needed), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (as needed), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed), zest and juice from Orange (1), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) and Pineapples (2/3 cup).

Puree the mixture until completely smooth. Transfer mixture to a buttered baking dish. Bake sweet potato mixture for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Then add Marshmallows (1 pckg) just enough to cover the top of the potatoes and bake/broil until then are nice and browned about 1-2 minutes.
