Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a mini muffin tray with paper cups or grease really well.

Combine Oat Bran (1 cup), Almond Flour (3/4 cup), Ground Flaxseed (4 Tbsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) and Baking Soda (1 tsp) into a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Pure Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp), Almonds (1/2 cup) and Frozen Blueberries (1 cup).
