Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a mini muffin tray with paper cups or grease really well.
Combine Oat Bran (1 cup), Almond Flour (3/4 cup), Ground Flaxseed (1/4 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and Baking Soda (1 teaspoon) into a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine Egg (2), Pure Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), Coconut Oil (2 tablespoon), Almonds (1/2 cup) and Frozen Blueberries (1 cup).
Combine the dry and the wet ingredients together.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a fork inserted comes out clean.
